Didecyldimethyl Ammonium Chloride (DDAC) is a quaternary ammonium compound used as a biocide. It can be useful as a disinfectant for biosecurity enhancement on and around animal farm.
Indication
Didecyldimethyl ammonium chloride, or DDAC, is a disinfectant that can kill bacteria, fungi, and viruses on surfaces and in water. It can be used for sanitizing poultry sheds, equipment, and drinking water. Some of the benefits of using DDAC for poultry are: It can prevent the introduction and spread of infectious diseases among poultry, such as salmonella, E. coli, and avian influenza. It can improve the hygiene and quality of poultry products, such as eggs and meat. It can reduce the need for antibiotics, which can lead to resistance and residues.
Dosage and Administration
1 ml – 10 liters of drinking water.
